I've been using the tea life 360 tea set for quite some time now, a little over a month, and had many issues pouring my tea. On occasion it will dribble and burn my hand. I don't quite understand why but I noticed it maybe within the first week of using it I initally thought that maybe some tea leaves from my last pour were getting caught onto the lid and was creating space for it to dribble out. Of course I rinsed it thoroughly but nothing seemed to remedy the issue. After some time I noticed that the rubber lining for the lid was unusually caught or warped. I try my best to avoid the area now. But it is discouraging to know that a product at that price point could have such a flaw, considering that flaw is the main selling point of their product.
Along with the set you will get a small porcelain cup, I think it's a very nice touch but I don't feel that it justifies the price for me enough to be satisfied with the overall product. dribbling or not.
I understand that the product is from a 3rd party seller, eilong, that sells alongside the golden moon brand so I feel conflicted leaving a poor review here. I have been a golden moon tea shopper for close to 5 years and never had felt inclined to ever leave a negative review. Previously I owned the colorful ring teapot for the past few years, and wanted to repurchase it instead. But it had been sold out for the past few months. If you are debating between the two I strongly recommend the colorful ring teapot.
