My boyfriend and I love tea. I highly value organic/beyond organic tea. I made him my own sampler of black teas from Golden Moon Tea. He was excited and can’t wait to try them. Irish breakfast is our favorite, so we are looking to see if any of the others can beat it!

This is a wonderful Irish breakfast. I make a latte with it often. Definitely holds up well with milk and sweetener.

If you’re a tea drinker familiar with English Breakfast tea then you’ll find the blend used for this Irish Breakfast tea renders a slightly maltier liquor with somewhat more complexity. I use 5 grams in 300 milliliters of water, 5 seconds off boil, steeped for 4 minutes, 30 seconds.

I love Golden Moon’s Irish Breakfast. It is a strong tea that holds up well to the milk and sugar I like to add. With winter coming on, I will be drinking lots of it.

From the moment I pour water over the leaves, the aroma is fantastic. Hands down the best breakfast tea I've ever had.

I am a tea drinker from early childhood and would call myself a "tea connoisseur". I would recommend Golden Moon Tea products to anyone as one of the worlds finest teas at a very fair price. I have bought products from many other companies in the past but now I do not have to search anywhere else except one website. Just sip a nice cup of tea whether it is a Chai or Earl Grey.

I am a repeat customer. I ordered the small sample pouch last year. I was getting ready to re-order another tea, and added a tin of the Irish Breakfast. It is smooth and tasty. It is a favorite pick for my morning pot of tea.

This makes a strong cup of black tea and does well with milk or any milk alternative. After living in Ireland I always have looked for a comparable replacement on the state side. This one does the trick, giving my mornings a boost and taking me back to the Emerald Isle.

I've tried other breakfast teas from other providers but don't very often find one that I like. This Irish Breakfast tea is bold and yet not as much astringency as some others have. It's a bold tea so adding milk or creme works. I do like mine with a bit of sweetener. Flavor is full and some maltiness. I think if you haven't had this one before, you should try this one. Golden Moon doesn't sell junk tea but clearly searches for quality product and they deliver on this one.

This tea has a rich flavor but not overpowering. I am a hardcore black tea drinker. I don't want artificial flavor or chemicals in my tea. Just good black tea. Golden Moon has the best. I've been buying there tea for years.

Irish breakfast from Golden Moon is my new favorite tea. Had to go with the same amount per cup that places like Rishi recommend, 1 1/2 tbsp per 12 ounces, 1 teaspoon just isn't enough for me

Happy to find a new tea company. I always look for good organic tea. Assam is my morning tea of choice and Golden Moon Irish Breakfast is a welcome addition to my morning routine.

Smooth and very malty. A strong tea that can be re-brewed at least once and stands up to oat milk.

I’m an avid coffee drinker. So my teas have to have some substance to them. I love Irish breakfast, and French Breakfast. These are my only substitutes for morning coffee! But they’re smooth enough to drink anyway you want them- straight up, honey, or cream and a touch of sugar. English Breakfast, you’ve been unthroned!

Golden Moon's Irish Breakfast Tea has been my daily morning wake-me-up for years now. It is delightful with milk and sugar, but it is also smooth and delicious black, which is my preferred way to enjoy it. I highly recommend it.

Among the great Irish Breakfast blends I've had. Buy more than you think you need. You won't regret it.
Why the four stars? One thing would make this tea better. Irish Breakfast should be broken or cut, IMHO. The small, broken leaves of a typical Irish Breakfast create a stronger steep. This tea is whole leaf, not the cut or broken style typical of most Irish Breakfast teas.

The Irish Breakfast tea is quite tasty; full-bodied but not astringent. I'm assuming it's an Assam or something close to it. Perfect for the first cup of the day.

One of the best Irish Breakfast blends I have found after sampling well over 50 from other providers. Stands up well to honey and milk/cream, though it drinks well as is for those who prefer no additives.

I have English, French and Irish all breakfast tea with me and love all of them. Fresh feel from English, sweet mellow from French and depth from Irish. Irish in the afternoon actually is my favorite.

This was my first order and I really enjoyed it. The tea was very smooth and flavorful. Can't wait to try more.

For me, if i use 212 at 4min, the tea was a bit bitter. So, i used 200, 3min & it was perfect! And mixed w/ a tsp of pu-ehr, even smoother! Has a nice mapley taste.

I have long been a lover of black tea. I like a bold strong tea such as Irish Breakfast and I have tasted many over the years. The first thing you will notice when you open the package is the fresh tea aroma. Then after brewing you will taste black tea as it is meant to be. I have been impressed with other teas I have ordered as well. Hands down this is the best tasting black tea. I like to drink it with a little milk and sugar (reminds me of my childhood!) and this tea never disappoints. Great customer service as well.

The Irish Breakfast Tea, along with all the other Golden Moon teas I've tried are very noticeably "clean" tasting. If compared with teas from the big English companies, the pure flavor is quite obvious. Golden Moon Tea will be my only choice from now on.
